As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications, websites, systems, and products. Working with your team of architects, testers, business analysts, and ServiceNow developers, and alongside user experience specialists and content strategists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to users, researchers, other audiences, clients, and customers.

You Have:
Experience working with clients, business analysis, and documenting requirements
Experience working with ServiceNow, including ITSM, SecOps, or ITOM
Knowledge of requirements gathering, testing processes, reverse requirements gathering, and acquisition documentation
Secret clearance
Associate's degree and 4 years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements, or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements
Nice If You Have:
Experience with applications, such as Jira,
Knowledge of Agile processes, Scrum, and Kanban boards
Agile scrum certification or BPMN certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
