Position Summary: Reporting to the VP of National Account Business Development, the Manager, Sales Administration, will manage national account sales processes and support the national account sales team members, with the objective of meeting or exceeding national account sales objectives.

Priorities:

  • Meet and strive to exceed agreed to national account sales objectives.
  • Drive the utilization of the HubSpot customer relationship management software to enhance efficiency and increase visibility to and tracking/reporting of national account sales prospects and pipeline
  • Develop, publish and monitor sales reports that track key performance indicators for the national account sales team, including revenue by salesperson, order count by sales person, revenue growth and profitability by account, and other key metrics
  • Lead the preparation of responses to national account requests for proposal for Ace and ARCA, engaging supporting functions as required to maximize opportunities to secure incremental national account business
  • Lead the preparation of national account annual business reviews, quarterly reports and other recurring or ad hoc national account reporting, engaging supporting functions as required to delivery timely and accurate reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ace and ARCA with the external marketing consultant, setting marketing objectives, approving marketing plans and facilitating marketing resource allocation
  • Plan and execute successful corporate events (including sales, internal and charitable events) that maintain or improve Ace and ARCA’s image while meeting the financial budget for events.

The pay range is $65,000 to $75,000 salary. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Qualifications


Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers.
