Overview:
I am working with a lead Medical Equipment Manufacturing client of mine looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join their expanding team in Philadelphia, PA
The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for routine, schedule and periodic maintenance for the equipment in the facilities. Work with vendors in the areas of routine contract compliance and regulatory inspections and tests for HVAC preventative maintenance, controlled clean area compliance, and computerized preventative maintenance tracking system.
Responsibilities:
- To provide maintenance for production support equipment (air pressers, chillers, air handlers, boilers, and humidifiers)
- To understand, monitor and operate the computerized control system for clean areas in a controlled environment
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures according to company program and feedback to manager
- Provide maintenance of building support equipment including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and interior exterior
- Comply to company and FDA regulations
Educational and Experience requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years maintenance or construction experience required
- Knowledge of office, production, and building equipment
