Accounts Payable Associate
ACD Distribution, a leader in the hobby, gaming and toy industry has an opening for an additional Accounts Payable Associate in Middleton, WI. This person performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the effective maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Responsibilities
- Process account payable items for four warehouses including invoices, expense reports, check requests, etc.
- Review items for proper approvals and documentation
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with vendors, invoices, supporting documentation and payments.
- Maintain and file accounting documents and records
- Assist with other projects as needed
Position requirements
- Accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Working knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel
