The Big Task
You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals. The Commercial Plumbing Sales Representative is responsible for generating and creating job estimates for commercial customers for Accutemp Services.
Key Subtasks
· Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
· Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
· Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the plumbing team.
· Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
· Get potential customers excited about AccuTemp and encourage them to spread the word.
· Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
· Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Commercial sales experience is required and plumbing sales experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who has exceptional time management skills, excellent follow-through, is organized, and can consistently communicate with customers with open estimates in order to close them. If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.
· Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in plumbing.
· Strong understanding of plumbing products, systems, and industry regulations. (Preferred)
· Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
· Proactive approach with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
