Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Service Delivery Operations Manager:

* Assigns all work assignments, commits the team to the work, manages the quality of the work and drives the people management activities within the team. Responsibilities

* Mobilizes appropriate resources

* Supports sales opportunities and ensures the feasibility of the proposed solutions and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities

* Improves client and customer relationships working with Client Account and Account Management Team leadership

* Plans, delivers and executes projects and programs

* Ensures execution of delivery work across one or more clients or portfolios, leading service delivery strategy across all locations where the services are provided e.g. ,client site, delivery center

* Addresses performance issues across the client's portfolio's, creates the operational approach and implements continuous improvement

* Implements standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments and other financial operational metrics for client's portfolios

* Supports the achievement of contract controllable income CCI targets, as well as the achievement of cost to serve targets deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies

* Manages recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost to serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**

* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

* Minimum of 5 years team management or supervisory experience

* Minimum of 5 years client management in an operations environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelors Degree

* Knowledge on Content Moderation, Incubation, Marketing and Ads Tech savvy, constantly up to date with apps on social media, video streaming and the like

* Program/Process management

* Experience managing multiple projects from assignments to completion

* Experience with social media and/or communication technologies

**Professional Qualifications**

* Ability to work in a fast pace, complex, and deadline driven environment

* Resourcefulness and creative thinking

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
