  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and Wealth Managers across the firm
  • Trouble shoot and use your skills to problem solve complex issues internally and with custodians
  • Become a subject matter expert on Client Service Operations policies and procedures
  • Maintain client documents and records in accordance with compliance policies including filing hardcopies and/or scanning of documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You are –

  • An EXCELLENT communicator (you can write, you can talk, you can make your needs and the needs of our client understood clearly and professionally)
  • HIGHLY organized and can take on multiple tasks at the same time
  • A PRO in Word and Excel. (If you have knowledge of and/or experience with Black Diamond, Salesforce and iRebal – we’ll like you even more!)

  • GENUINELY care about serving and caring for other people

We want -

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • At least one year of working in financial services and/or an investment management firm a plus.

We offer –
