The Business Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both customers’ needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. The Business Analyst support consists of Senior Business Analyst, Intermediate Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of BA experience OR 8 years of BA experience;
- 5 years comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex docs
- Ability to present info and respond effectively to sensitive issues
- Ability to solve problems involving complex situations
- Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
- Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of working with federal clients
