Project Manager – Fayetteville, NC
Job Description:
AFS is seeking a passionate, talented, and proactive individual to help administer, coordinate, and manage ongoing projects remotely from Fayetteville, NC or Tampa, FL. In this role, the selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing programmatic assistance to Operations Lead and Project Management Team
- Maintain personnel spreadsheets for tracking purposes and accountability
- Generate monthly status and financial reports for ongoing projects
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years experience providing direct support to ongoing DoD programs
- 3 years experience generating monthly status and/or financial reports
- 5 years experience in customer relations
- 3 years experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- 3 years experience effectively communicating both project and technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Associates degree in finance, accounting, or similar field
Desired Skills:
- Strong writing skills with experience producing formal deliverable documents with minimal errors
- Prior military service and/or experience supporting DoD operations
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Tampa, FL or Fayetteville, NC
Security Clearance:
- Active TS security clearance in DISS; TS/SCI clearance preferred
