Living Well Therapy Center in Valdosta, GA is hiring a part-time Office Assistant in our growing practice! We are looking for someone who is available part-time.
The position will require answering phone calls, greeting clients, taking payments, scanning/filing/faxing, scheduling appointments, monitoring needs of the office, and other basic office tasks.
Living Well Therapy Center is a private practice therapy center open Monday through Thursday 8-5 and flexible hours on Friday. We are proud of the supportive, collaborative, and friendly office environment we have cultivated and are looking for someone who is committed to the same values.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
