We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator who will contribute to a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service to all clients and providers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to HIPAA policies and honor patient confidentiality 
  • Provide assistance in the day-to-day administration of the office 
  • Represent the office in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Answer, screen, and respond to incoming phone calls from clients, potential clients and referrals 
  • Schedule and maintain client and provider schedules 
  • Maintain effective and professional communications with clients via text, email, face-to-face and phone 
  • Conduct insurance verifications
  • Receive and process copay collections
  • Assist the Office Manager in payment reconciliation and outstanding balance collections 
  • Front office duties: opening/closing the office, light stocking and cleaning 
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or organizational support role 
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience within a healthcare setting preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills 
  • Technologically proficient confident navigating G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
