ABA Student Program: Gain hands-on experience and mentorship under our experienced team, paving the way for your journey towards becoming a BCBA. We're committed to nurturing the next generation of clinicians and providing robust support for your professional growth.
The Low-Down:
· $22.50-$27.50/hour, with a bonus of $1000 after 90 days for those with RBT credential.
· Paid client cancellations at $10/hour
· Paid Orientation and Training
· PTO and Paid Holidays
· Excellent benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and short term disability.
· Adaptable Monday-Friday schedule with sessions ending at 6 PM or earlier
· Short commutes within a 30 minute radius
· Services provided in the home, school, and community settings
What We Seek:
· Registered Behavior Technician Credential: Highly Preferred.
· Experience: Direct autism and ABA experience.
· Essential Skills: Strong communication, dependability, and a positive attitude.
· Requirements: Current clearances, reliable transportation, internet access, and a smartphone.
