A Workplace Experience Manager is a leadership role creating, managing, and optimizing the overall workplace environment to promote a positive employee experience. This includes aspects such as workplace design, culture, amenities, and employee engagement. The manager collaborates with various departments to ensure that the workplace aligns with the organization's goals and values. This role reports to the Facility Manager and Senior Sites Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision and Performance Management:
• Regularly assess individual and team performance against KPIs
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
• Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Amenities and Facilities:
• Manage workplace amenities, including on-site cafes, recreational areas, fitness facilities, and childcare services.
• Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and aligned with employee needs.
Employee Experience Programs:
• Create and oversee programs and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, including wellness programs, recognition efforts, and social events.
Communication and Feedback:
• Establish effective communication channels for employees to provide feedback, raise concerns, and share ideas regarding the workplace.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
Technology Integration:
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance the workplace experience, such as smart building systems, communication tools, and employee engagement platforms.
Sustainability and Well-being Initiatives:
• Promote sustainability practices within the workplace, such as eco-friendly policies and wellness initiatives. • Encourage healthy lifestyles and well-being programs for employees.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for workplace experience initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Develop and enforce workplace policies and procedure
• Ensure workplace practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
Pay: $100,000-$110,000
The pay listed is the salary/hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
