ABI Windows is a new and developing business in Abilene, TX. We are professional and fast-paced enviornment seeking to hire first-shift, full-time HR Clerk.

Summary: As a Human Resources (HR) clerk you will assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, reviewing timesheets, and coordinating recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer various HR programs and policies
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Assist management team with timecard discrepancies
  • Assist employees with inquiries or concerns
  • Support HR Manager with insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Collaborate/Assist HR Manager to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of benefits administration processes and best practices
  • Experience in strategic planning and leveraging HR data for decision-making
  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paylocity
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
