What You’ll Do
Manage and respond to incoming leads promptly, engaging with potential customers to understand their preferences.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation.
Proactively schedule appointments with the sales team for seamless customer experiences.
Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment conversion rates, and sales targets.
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in automotive sales or customer service.
Familiarity with CRM software and various communication platforms.
Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
