What You’ll Do 

• Manage and respond to incoming leads promptly, engaging with potential customers to understand their preferences. 

• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation. 

• Proactively schedule appointments with the sales team for seamless customer experiences. 

• Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process. 

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. 

• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment conversion rates, and sales targets. 

What You’ll Bring 

• 1-3 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in automotive sales or customer service. 

• Familiarity with CRM software and various communication platforms. 

• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 

• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. 

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

How You’ll Be Rewarded 

• Competitive compensation: Potential to earn $40,000 to $80,000 that includes base bonus/commission.
