Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and renewals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive resolution.
Information Sharing: Educate clients on our insurance products, coverage options, and other relevant services to meet their insurance needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and policy documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
