This job is for someone with warehouse management experience. This role requires you to lead a staff of drivers and helpers who drop off new doors/trim at construction sites across DFW. We run a very good company. The warehouse is clean and organized. The trucks are on a rotation for tire replacements and maintenance. Most of our trailers are around or under 2 years old and we do not try to limp along antiquated equipment if we can avoid it.

You will report to the Operations Manager, but you are not the warehouse manager yet. This is a lead role. A "wingman." Someone willing to work hard, follow our handbook, be a great teammate, but also know we are here to make money, not necessarily make friends. We need a leader in the making. We need someone who the whole company will trust with keeping the warehouse on schedule and doing exactly what management is hoping to accomplish each week.

Load trailers according to pick list 24-48 hours prior to delivery. Run quality control on the accuracy of the trailers load verse pick list 3 times. Plan out the routes you want your teams to take. Send them out. Walk back into the warehouse and start the whole process over again. 
Trucks arrive daily from suppliers. These trucks will be offloaded, checked for quality control and then moved to proper locations. Then the whole process repeats.
