Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Account Manager at ABCO Automation, Inc. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is primarily located in Browns Summit, NC, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and business development
  • Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and factory automation solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
