We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Providing exceptional phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors

- Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome
- Assisting with front desk duties, including mail handling and package deliveries
- Providing clerical support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assisting with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Utilizing computerized systems for various office tasks
- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
