Job Description
Objective : The purpose of the call order is to provide classification and desk audit services to include position description review, development and evaluation.
Formal training, education, knowledge and experience in federal position classification.
At least seven (7) years of experience in position classification of General Schedule positions within the Federal government applying Office of Personnel Management (OPM) classification standards, guides, and job family standards tools.
Knowledge of job analysis and classification principles
Experience with federal and state classification systems
Ability to interpret and apply classification rules and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
