The Innvictis National Sales Manager leads the Innvictis Senior Account Manager Team and implements the national sales strategy for Innvictis Crop Care and Bioscience brands. The Innvictis NSM is responsible for driving sales growth of Innvictis brands, managing a team of 14 team members, and account management with Simplot Grower Solutions regional manager team. This role leads a team tasked with executing sales goals in support of the short and long-term strategy. This role is critical to the profitability and sustainability of the retail and distribution business within Simplot and requires a high level of strategic and tactical development and execution. Main responsibilities include territory planning, people leadership, sales forecasting, and delivering financial results.
