We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives under general supervision.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field, OR equivalent
• 3 years of experience in Demand Marketing, building and executing email campaigns.
• 2 years of business experience
• Demonstrated experience marketing to professionals in a B2B environment; specific exposure to tax, accounting or legal a definite asset
• Experience with: Pardot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Understanding of and familiarity with pipeline metrics, lead flow/routing and attribution
• Organization and project management proficiency
• Writing, proofing and project management in a fast-moving environment
• Attention to detail and specificity in the execution to defined campaign processes
• Flexibility (the ability to switch unrelated tasks/functions quickly)

Job Responsibilities

• Works individually or with a team on various marketing activities, but primarily on email creation and execution.
• Execute demand marketing campaigns in a mix of channels to drive MQLs, overall pipeline health and marketing-attributed revenue.
• Works closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to execute elements of the segment marketing plan.
• Defines and executes demand campaign tactics for the segment’s portfolio of products, including email, advertising, and promotions.
• Understands product value and key market drivers (customer and competitor) to proactively develop effective campaigns for assigned segment
• Proactively addresses pipeline health for markets assigned – both short (monthly) and projected long-term (annual
