AAK Architecture & Interiors Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper / Operations Manager Near Scottsdale, AZ

Growing Multidisciplinary Architectural firm is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper, please see list of required skills below.

Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper tasks include:

  • Assist with meeting notes & minutes
  • Preparation of Contracts and Proposals
  • Handling of all accounts receivable/payable, including invoicing in Quickbooks Desktop (needs a minimum of 5 years experience)
  • Managing of general company supplies
  • Answering phones
  • Light HR responsibilities
  • Notary Public a plus

Skills required:

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
  • Professional communication and writing skills
  • Must be able to take direction and follow procedures
  • Social Media proficiency a plus

We are looking for an organized and energetic candidate to oversee administrative and bookkeeping tasks. We would encourage applicants who are also interested in Marketing and Business Development to apply, as there is room for growth in this arena. As long as you have the Administrative and Bookkeeping skills, there may be the chance to grow into a commissioned sales and marketing opportunity in addition to the basic role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
