Front Desk Receptionist
Job Type Full-time Description **Front Desk Receptionist**
* Location: Phoenix, AZ
* Department: Corporate
* Pay: $15-$18/hour, depending on experience
**Primary Purpose:**
A1 Garage Door Service, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, is looking for a new Receptionist to support our Phoenix Corporate Office. You will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Duties will include sorting and delivering mail and packages to employees, greeting visitors and vendors when they arrive onsite, and various clerical tasks as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office, be organized and personable as you will be acting as the first point of contact at our corporate office.
**Responsibilities:** (This list may not include all the duties assigned)
* Be prompt and responsive to email, text, and phone calls
* Act as the main point of contact between guests who come to the building and employees, to include vendors, interviewees, drop in guests, etc.
* Provide facility support by serving as a main point of contact for employees to report building needs and communicate with vendors to perform work needed
* Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries and ensure they are delivered to the correct employee
* Provide general admin support such as filing, data entry, stocking, inventory management, etc.
* Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
* Min of a high school diploma or GED and experience in customer service is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

* Professional level verbal and written communications skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize a daily workload and prioritize conflicting tasks
* Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
* Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with a variety of people to include vendors, customers, and employees
* Strong interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
