This exciting position is perfect for the person who enjoys providing first-class customer service. In this role you are the first line of contact providing phone and electronic support to customers. Work with requests coming in from the company’s website. Assist customers with information about products, process orders, invoices, and track shipments.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience (minimum 3 years’ experience)
- Experience processing orders from website
- General administrative skills such as data entry, Word, and Excel
- SAP experience ideal
- Science, laboratory, engineering, or technical background useful
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field helpful
