Overview

Safe Home Monitoring, Inc. continues to grow nationally and is looking for energetic, driven personalities to join our team! We are currently hiring customer service representatives to join our call center to deliver top-notch service to our customers in need of our support.

Ideal candidates demonstrate exceptional, traditional customer service skills and are extremely reliable. Our open floor plan in our call center makes for a very fun and competitive environment!

What your day would look like:

  • First day - Orientation 9am - 5:30pm
  • Continued daily training with your service team (teams range from 6 to 18 representatives)
  • Answer incoming calls via Dialpad w/speech-to-text transcription and real-time assist cards
  • Assist customers w/various requests - data entry changes, troubleshooting alarm equipment, scheduling service, etc.
  • Upselling services and equipment
  • Outbound customers w/satisfaction surveys to identify needs/concerns
  • Renewing contracts, negotiating terms/pricing to retain accounts
  • Generating referrals

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • A professional appearance.
  • Sales experience is not required but it is a plus.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude and indestructible mindset.
  • The ability to read, write, perform basic math, and navigate through multiple computer programs simultaneously.
  • Bilingual representatives are needed and earn additional compensation...now servicing Puerto Rico!

Entry level candidates have the earning potential of $50K-$60K their first year!

Safe Home Monitoring, Inc. offers a base salary with commission, bonus incentives and an employee benefits package (health, dental, paid vacation/sick time, 401K) to all full-time employees.
