A & L RV Sales, LLC is a growing company with 8 locations across four states and is seeking a General Manager for its Johnson City, TN dealership. The General Manager will lead by example with customers and associates, and fosters a positive work environment where the team feels valued and connected to their store leadership and the company vision.

Requirements

General Functions and Scope:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring overall performance, profitability, growth, and direction are meeting the strategic goals of a successful dealership. Reports to Regional General Manager and Managing Partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Meets with managers to discuss issues, helping them improve management techniques.

· Counsels all managers regarding the handling of customer and public relations. 

· Develops and motivates managers to attain maximum productivity.

· Oversees cost-effective activities of the dealership.

· Maintains a good working relationship with Managing Partners, managers and vendors.

· Ability to plan, organize, staff appropriately, and lead with attention to detail.

· Ability to use professional written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving positive results.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field required.

· Five years of progressive leadership experience.

Physical Requirements:

· Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
