Primary Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customers, including greeting and welcome customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls timely
• Screens calls and takes messages
• Texts salespersons to inform of a waiting customer
• Maintains orderly sales area, waiting and breakrooms
• Orders brochures when supplies are low
• Checks mail and routes to General Manager
• Mails tags for Title Clerks
• Updates lists
• Assembles customer goody bags
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
• Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to use telephone
• Ability to maintain effective and positive relationships with dealership personnel

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Experience in an RV or auto dealership preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
