We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Assistant Clinical Director to join our expanding team. The Assistant Clinical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the services provided by our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare management to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Oversee medical management processes, including treatment plans, patient assessments, and referrals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
**Requirements:**
- Must be a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
