Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center is Hiring an OVERNIGHT ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SECURITY Near Denver, CO

The Overnight Assistant Director of Security at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, supervise and assist with training the security staff. This position reports to the Director of Security and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members. Hours for this position are 10:00pm - 7:00am, must have open availability any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position -

  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.

The budgeted range for this position is $60,100 - $73,600. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
