If your passion is managing and developing staff to ensure quality care to help our clients live their best life we encourage you to apply today!Responsibilities:Builds, develops and effectively manages the operations Program Managers and their respective teams, optimizing individual and team performance though effective leadership, mentoring, and trainingAssists the Executive Director in assuring that the management team maintains timely, open and effective communication regarding persons servedEnsures Plan of Corrections are properly completed, corrected, and are submitted within identified time-frame.Conducts monthly site visits and client chart reviews for accuracy and complianceParticipates in the development and execution of the operations financial goalsEnsures staffing plans are current, including monitoring labor hoursAnalyzes consumer care information and monitor development of recommendations to correct or prevent concerns by regularly meeting the Residential Manager, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, and Program ManagerEnsures Lease Requests, Commercial Lease Requests, and other Source documents related to leases are completedCompletes International Classification of Functioning license applications, including the monitoring of current license expiration datesCoordinates and ensures all State required inspections are scheduled in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedQualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field requiredA minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to effectively manage systems, processes, and peopleA minimum of three years of supervisory experiencePrior experience providing supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferredWorking knowledge of Federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with developmental disabilities, strongly preferredAbout our Line of Business: A Home Care Near You INC has experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental or cognitive disability.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $44,586.86 - $53,696.00 per yearSchedule:4 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Relocate:Indianapolis, IN 46268: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
