The Program Director will be responsible for the overall program and administrative oversight and monitoring of the appropriate programs for our Indianapolis SSVF location. The incumbent will ensure all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana and meet the contract, funding, and/or accreditation requirements.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Previous supervisory and management experience required.
