Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana provides innovative, results-driven behavioral health services. We offer comprehensive evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment through residential, outpatient and community-based programming. This position will lead our Community and Family Services team that serve pregnant and post-partum mothers with a substance use diagnosis. We collaborate at all levels of care to help mothers have healthy babies and be supported through their first year of life. The Program Director with Clinical Supervision will be responsible for the overall program and administrative oversight and monitoring of clients at the assigned location. Ensures all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana and meet contract, funding, and/or accreditation requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, funding, and billing standards.

Applicants must have a master’s degree in social work or related fields required. The incumbent must be licensed in the state of IN (e.g., LSW or equivalent). Previous supervisory and management experience is beneficial but not required. Experience as a Treatment Counselor or Therapist required with experience in treating Substance Use preferred.
