- Duda & Sons, Inc. has an opening for an hourly paid Accounting Assistant II at the corporate office in Oviedo, FL. The Accounting Assistant II will be responsible for working with the Accounts Payable team on daily assigned tasks and assisting the different business locations and external vendors with questions or issues and resolving them timely
- Process Payment Journals for vendor payments (checks) three times a week
- Import, index, and merge supporting documents into DocLink for void checks and payment journals.
- Review Purchase Orders for the appropriate documentation (PO, Product Receipt, Invoice) and Post for payment.
- Process expense reports daily.
- Backup to Mail room assistant as needed.
