Overview
Location: Hybrid - Pittsburgh Job Type: Full Time / PermanentWork Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Tax Manager. Ideal candidates will have 10 years of Corporate Income Tax experience and have their CPA, MAT, or JD.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the US tax compliance team including coordination of domestic tax matters and continuous improvement processes
- Develop and support the implementation of strategic tax initiatives including the compiling of tax and financial information for decision making
- Prepare and present recommendations to Senior Leadership regarding US tax matters
- Monitor changes to domestic tax laws and analyze implications of tax initiatives
- Support quarterly and year-end tax rate and domestic income tax provision processes
- Ensure accurate documentation for SOX controls
- Manage and mentor staff members
- Various other assignments as they relate to the Tax department.
Qualifications
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or Fraud
- CPA, MBA, or JD Preferred
Experience Required
- 10 years of Corporate Tax experience
- STRONG communication skills
- Experience mentoring staff members
- Experience using Oracle and Smartview
