Summary

Trains develop and evaluate company policies, direct, and coordinate training for office staff and human resources activities, such as employee onboarding, staff meeting, and specialty services for the agency

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Writes, reviews, trains, company policies to office staff, and onboarding employees.
  • Consults with human resources and company Administrators and legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
  • Develops and maintains a training system that meets top management information needs.
  • Develops and maintains a training system that ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals. Employment Verification
  • Prepares reports
  • Creation of testing material for In services, Training meetings, and employee evaluations
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee concurrent training.
  • Updates training regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Prepares training and recommends procedures to staff training remain concurrent.
  • Answering calls, returning voicemails, following up on referrals, and new admissions
  • May be required to perform other duties.
