- You will be responsible for customer relations and success management. It includes Customer Profile Verification, calls with Customers, Customer Support, and Customer Feedback Collection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve customer relationships and satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to management
- Analyze customer data to identify potential opportunities
- Develop customer success plans and strategies

Skill Sets:
- Proficient in English and Hindi Written and Verbal Communication
- Good Knowledge of Computer Basics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of CRM software and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
