First American is looking to add a Customer Service Rep / Title Assistant to our growing team in Medford, OR. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents.

You will also make deliveries and assist on the front desk. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process. We will TRAIN!

What You’ll Do :

Gathers information to resolve title issues

Searches, examines, and interprets real estate documents

Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy

Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents

Communicates professionally with all customers

Deliveries and Front Desk

What You’ll Bring :

Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers

Natural curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of transactions

Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of title related experience preferred

Must possess valid driver’s license - Deliveries as needed
