Position Requirements
For Centers with more than 120 Beds: One year of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals. For Centers with 120 Beds or less: Two years of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals desirable.
