As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content across various social media platforms, monitoring social media analytics, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
• Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and effective social media content
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Hootsuite
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
