The Warehouse Administrative Associate will ensure that administrative operations run efficiently. The administrative associate will process data entry for orders and receipts as well as assist company and non-company drivers when delivering cold storage goods. 
This position will work Sunday through Wednesday 06:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The person who accepts the position will at least 2 weeks Monday through Friday for training. 
Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process, confirm, and scan order entries. 
• Process, confirm, and scan receipt entries. 
• Process customer order and receipt updates.
• Update charges in orders and receipts. 
• Manage driver welcome window. 
• Manage assigned list of customers with customer item allocation reports (L&S).
• Maintain customer-required reports. 
• Daily tasks, including printing pick sheets & LTL (less than load) labels.
• Update order information in WMS and TMS.
• Create inbound manifests.
• Update LTL (less than load) spreadsheets.
• Assist WCS team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe office space kept in good working order. 
• Provide general support to visitors. 

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Good reading, writing, and oral skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum high school diploma – GED
