Responsibilities

This position will be working onsite and based in the Irving, TX Corporate Office 

7NOW is the ecommerce division of 7-Eleven, committed to revolutionizing convenience e-commerce and delivery across the United States. Our mission is to serve our community by connecting our ecommerce customers with restaurants, retailers, and grocers and supported by local gig-economy drivers.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales and Account Management. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional account management to our key clients. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals.

  • To be successful in this role, 25% travel is required.
  • Build our enterprise sales and accounts function from the ground up, developing GTM strategy, organization design, identifying and developing talent, while providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence in our Revenue organization.
  • Earn engagement to grow brand portfolio and penetration within existing and new markets 
  • Partner closely with Sales operations to tailor books of business, create and measure team success metrics, embrace and enrich CRM adoption, and enhance customer engagement for both Sales and Account Management.
  • Manage the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of the leads database to drive targeted and high-quality lead generation within the region for both Sales and Account Management.
  • Work cross functionally to optimize Marketing programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue nationally for both Sales and Account Management.
  • Oversee operational aspects of campaign preparation, promotions and attribution, ensuring seamless execution and accurate measurement of results for both Sales and Account Management efforts.
  • Lead negotiations and cultivate new product partnerships by Brand, focusing on opportunities that have a significant impact on our bottom line and expands our reach within and across the enterprise segment. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape, identifying new growth areas and business development opportunities within the local market for both Sales and Account Management.
Qualifications

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • At least 8 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and account management, with a mix of startup and larger enterprise roles, preferably focusing on the market assigned for Sales and Account Management.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and team structures within the food delivery / tech industry, particularly in the context of the market assigned for both Sales and Account Management.
  • A deep rolodex of C-level enterprise contacts
  • Proven track record of developing and communicating key metrics and success criteria across marketing and sales programs within the region for both Sales and Account Management.
  • At least 2 years of direct management experience combined with strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with senior leadership, manage competing priorities, and exceed expectations within the region for both Sales and Account Management.
  • Exceptional ability to translate high-level sales strategies into actionable systems and process requirements, ensuring successful local execution in the market for both Sales and Account Management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration 
  • Professional certifications in sales, account management, or related fields, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Key Account Manager (CKAM), or Certified Sales Leader (CSL) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including relevant certifications or training in these platforms.
