Pay Rate: $15.00/hr to $18.00/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday flexible schedule options of a schedule of 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm available!

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule routine and emergency vehicle services
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to obtain quotes for non-standard preventative maintenance for vehicles
  • Assist in coordinating and distributing company uniforms
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including home shows
  • Assist with onboarding requirements for new hires
  • Perform day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Aid in marketing initiatives, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, and promotional activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
  • Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
