The Benefit Specialist will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, focusing on the administration of benefit and retirement programs including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life, 401k, etc. This includes handling employee and supervisor inquiries regarding benefit administration.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
· 3 years of benefit administration experience with knowledge of applicable laws
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· HRIS experience required, Paylocity preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
