They will manage specific production aspects of the traditional and digital media components starting in the creative process through execution for direct mail, television, print and digital efforts. This includes assisting in managing the selected vendors throughout the project, being accountable for the work at each vendor, maintaining best practices throughout production, tracking inventory and post-mail tracking processes.What you’ll do:Management and execution of all assigned production projectsManage and track projects from start to finish-ensuring that deadlines are metAdherence to departmental processes and guidelinesParticipate in daily production meetings – report on project status to internal team membersProject expense reconciliationAssist in manage trafficking of proofs and data when assistance is needed with vendorsImmediate escalation when timelines are in jeopardyProofing, inventory management, quality control processes and proceduresWho you are:Optimistic and resilient | You are not afraid to dig in and figure out how to work around problems.
