Title: Program Analyst Supports the Director of Logistics responsible for developing and maintaining an action item database to track upcoming deadlines on incoming request for information, projects, and scheduled events. Analyzes program activities such as acquisition program planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis, management techniques, documentation requirements, or network analysis. Responsible for drafting administrative policies in accordance with executive direction and disbursing within organization. Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analysis for the director. Reviews budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data sources to control budgets and provide for proper financial decisions. Assist in creating/briefing higher level executive agency system acquisition or program summary reports. Perform research and compile data as needed for reports, briefings, and meetings. Responsible for the management of executive schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, making, and managing appointments. Manage and provide analysis of team using the Defense Travel System (DTS for preparation of travel arrangements and ensuring prompt and accurate completion of travel and expense reporting in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Department of Defense’s (DOD) policies. Monitor weekly attendance and annual PTO requests and provide timekeeping services using the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS). Provide leadership, mentoring and training to basic and intermediate administrative support staff in daily program office operations. Prepare PMADs, MIPRs for staffing and signatures. Education: Master's Degree with 1 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience Clearance: Candidate must have an active secret clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one.
