Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team and take the lead in planning, budgeting, and ensuring the success and excellence of our live events. As a Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event production, from concept development to execution, and work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver outstanding event experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for creating extraordinary events.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production process for live events, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring seamless and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into tangible event plans and strategies.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and appropriate cost controls are in place.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and venues, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure optimal service and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise all production elements, including audio, video, lighting, staging, and other technical requirements, ensuring their seamless integration into the event.
• Oversee and manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment rentals.
• Lead and motivate a production team, including technicians, crew members, and support staff, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the event lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, and critical paths, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, permits, and licenses for each event, promoting a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs, analyzing successes and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions for future events.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to enhance event production quality and efficiency.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing regular updates, and managing their expectations throughout the event planning and execution process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in live events or the entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving event excellence.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional budgeting and financial management skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of event production elements, including audio, video, lighting, staging, and technical equipment.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and permits for event production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
