Responsibilities:
- Oversee content remediation workflows for on-demand products, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for 2-3 teams concurrently, including stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach teams on agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement, fostering a culture of self-organization and efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven approach and tools (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets, Airtable) to track metrics, monitor team progress, and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide servant-leadership support, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and addressing impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate hardware deliveries for encoding processes, ensuring timely deployment and adherence to content delivery schedules.
- Communicate delivery timelines and scope with stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
- Identify, manage, and escalate issues and risks, driving the decision-making process to ensure project success.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate schedules, risks, issues, and processes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working closely with project managers, product stakeholders, and technical leads to achieve project objectives.
- Experience with media encoding supply chain processes from acquisition to delivery, preferably in the context of live and on-demand video streaming products.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ceremonies, with practical experience leading agile teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Google Sheets, and Airtable, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and driving project success.
This is a W2 contract
Payrate will start at $80 an hour (BOE)
This is a hybrid opening
Required to be local to the NY area
Must be comfortable working teams in both Eastern and Western time zones 4CR3
