The Senior Project Coordination Analyst plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates, and tracks activities for developing, testing, and deploying software releases associated with HELIX platform.
- He/She oversees technical and business solutions with business stakeholders, identifies areas for process improvement and manages requirements gathering process.
- The Sr. Project Coordination Analyst identifies and tracks project issues along with risk mitigation.
- He/She plans, schedules, and monitors platform build activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets and to comply with established quality standards and healthcare compliance.
- This position interacts with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines.
- The Sr. Project Coordination Analyst reports to the HC Program Govern Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and User Stories
- Knowledge of Project Management, Project Planning and Project Scoping
- Familiarity with Agile Development, Sprint Planning, Microsoft Excel and MS Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
